DeWol Hub Studio/Headquarters – The Black Pavilion Redefining Design as a Way of Life

deWol Industries unveils its latest showcase, the deWol Hub Studio/Headquarter, envisioned by architect Giuseppe Cappuccio. His design embodies a quest for chromatic and formal harmony, playing with the interplay of voids and solids, light and shadow, and a palette that embraces vivid hues like orange. The fusion of architectural elements and materials yields a space of continuous creativity, where art and architecture seamlessly intertwine, enriching the essence of the deWol Hub Studio/Headquarter. Inspired by the concept of the “exhibition pavilion” in its diverse interpretations, this innovative space stands as a testament to style and modernity, epitomizing the spirit of deWol Industries.
The deWol Industries HUB/STUDIO serves as an exclusive meeting place for professionals and customers the deWol Industries Group. Its innovative design embodies elegance and transparency, seamlessly blending with its environment and the Group’s renowned collections of fixtures and accessories. Here, visitors embark on a captivating journey through the essence and exquisite materials of the products, encouraging a multisensory experience unlike any other.
In architecture, the pavilion was initially a detached building, connected yet distinct from the main structure, often sharing communal areas. Today, it typically serves as a temporary or permanent structure, frequently used for exhibition events, serving primarily as a communication element. Architect Giuseppe Cappuccio redesigned this concept for deWol Industries, infusing it with a blend of modern materials and natural elements.
The striking black pavilion, a tribute to the elegance of the black pirate, distinguishes itself with its style and transparency against the lush green hills. Black, a chameleonic hue, harmonizes with the green surroundings, while the weathering steel elements evoke a sense of fluidity and instability with their evolving rust tones. This architectural interplay mirrors the transient nature of the exhibition pavilion, imparting a feeling of impermanence and fragility.
This design choice underscores deWol Industries willingness to stay on top of trends and embrace change.
