The initiatives undertaken by deWol Industries, and consequently by Ecospace, are geared towards energy optimization to enhance efficiency, yielding both immediate economic and environmental advantages.
In practical terms, this goal is accomplished through several measures, including the installation of new windows and doors, adding thermal insulation, adopting new heating, cooling, or hot water systems, and incorporating photovoltaic systems and electric charging stations. The energy efficiency upgrades follow a three-step process: firstly, achieving a minimum of two energy classes improvement for the building based on the energy performance of each individual intervention; secondly, drafting an energy project; and finally, executing the works through a consortium of skilled companies and technicians.
